Not getting Network Ok

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

At the bottom it does not say network ok. That area is blank.

There is a red circle with an (!) in it

I'm using a 3com router with

router software: OfficeConnect Wireless Cable/DSL Gateway Version V1.01

When I run the port forward test I get Error! Port 41875 does not appear to be open.

I ran the speed test for my cable ISP and here are the results

Communications 738 kilobits per second

Storage 90.1 kilobytes per second

1MB file download 11.4 seconds

I'm using win xp sp2

As far as I know the ports are forwarded properly.

I'm also running kaspersky for my anti virus software.

I have windows firewall turned off and I have the one on my router turned on.

Utorrent is working but most of the times it's slow but once in a while one of the torrents will be fast.

Any help would be great.
