But now, I can't even dl from a seeder even if there is like 8000 seeders. I am running my internet through my universities server and I don't know specifically what to do. Any advice would be helpful. Also, I can't even connect to my friends playlist via ourtunes or mytunes Redux either.I don't have a router like most of the people here...I directly connect to the schools ethernet port. Switeck Posted February 23, 2007 Report Share Posted February 23, 2007 Do realize that if you leave upload or download speeds very high for very long...you probably WON'T be getting excellent speeds in a week or 2. Colleges are just that way, they may have a massive internet connection but not everyone can use it at once...at even ISDN (64/128k) speeds.So try Speed Guide (CTRL+G) and set it no higher than the xx/1mbit limit. If you know of any bandwidth limits (soft or hard) for each dorm/apartment, you may need lower limits. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
