µtorrent-Guest Posted March 20, 2007 Report Share Posted March 20, 2007 you can try those undelete tools that are available (google!)but note that your chances to get stuff back decrease exponential if the deleted stuff was on the same HDD you are running your Operationg system right now or if you continue to safe other torrents to the same HDD where the deleted data was.
