I have done a lot of trouble shooting and instruction following so I am pretty confident that my settings are are correct with both utorrent and my firewall. I have Charter for an ISP and they seem to be on the list of bad ISP because of throttling. :mad:Is there a port I can use where they won't throttle me or is this pretty much unavoidable?Thanks!Slapster :cool: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
