My speed is very low i did the complete set up. I added utorrent to the list to aloow pass the fire wall but there is still that red mark with the ! in the middle. i am down loading a 2 and a half gigabyte flie and it is extremely slow at about 20 kb a sec

Do you have a router?

Does your modem contain a mini-router or firewall that also needs to be configured or disabled?
