Client says Ports not forwarded even though i've tried several times.

Hi there.

Well i've tried everything and I can't seem to get uTorrent (or Azureus) to verify my Port as forwarded. I'm using a Netcomm NB5Plus4W Router and have followed the tutorial at www.Portforward.com. I have put uTorrent as an exception in Windows Firewall as well as adding my port to exceptions. Heck, I even turned the firewall off and it still says the ports are blocked.

I'm using port 48560 and have forwarded it in my router settings and it stills says it's blocked (with both uTorrent and Azureus).

I am on one of the "bad ISPs" but I don't think this would affect it.

Any help would be great.
