Switeck Posted April 13, 2007 Report Share Posted April 13, 2007 If your connection is overloaded, a speed OR port test can fail due to lack of spare bandwidth.Allowing too many connections, too high a half-open connection rate, or too high an upload rate (or to FAR lesser degree, download rate) can cause firewall-like condition and WORSE.
