Adding torrents remotely without downloading .torrent file?

I am using WebUI at my home computer, and i want the ability to add torrent files from my school, the only problem is that my school blocked the download of .torrent files.

So, i was thinking of using add by URL, but there is a problem.

I have the direct URL to the torrent, for example: http://www.site.com/download.php/3375/torrentname.torrent

But, when i use this direct URL it adds the torrent, but it doesnt start downloading, i think i need the cookies or something to identify that it is my user account on the site that is being downloaded from...

How do i get the cookies i need, and which ones do i need to enter in uTorrent?

I dunno if some trackers still use IP verification instead of passkey but if that is the case here you could try this:

If that doesn't work this should do the trick (might even be easier then having to add your cookie info every time you add a torrent):
