Merge uTorrent List of Torrents Database

I just installed a new operating system and used Utorrent for a month.

Is there a way to merge my old list of downloaded torrents with the new one? I would like to retain the "Completed On", "Added On" etc data.

I still have the dht.dat, resume.dat and other .dat files from the old PC.

Merging the current list with the old list is not posible afaik.
