wzbond
No there isn't BSOD...........I think the reason why it crashed is because I have set one my torrent bandwidth to high.....When i changed it back to normal,it's running just fine even with more than one torrent downloading,so far............ Ultima
When was the last time you performed a Windows Update, and how much is net.max_halfopen set to? What security softwares are you using? And to answer your original question... No, I can't confirm this (I have 3 torrents running at the moment with nary a hiccup).
wzbond
The last I performed Windows Update is last month and I've set net.max_halfopen to 40 and I'm using KAV 6.0.2.614I'm giving up already.........My pc crashed about 5 times already today.........I'm thinking to revert back to 1.61 for a while........... Firon
Stop using so many periods. It's annoying. You also can't raise net.max_halfopen without patching tcpip.sys. It's usually reset every month by Windows Update, too.
wzbond
Sorry for that.I have patch the tcpip.sys to 99 and I haven't update my windows yet.The last time I updated it is in March..
Ultima
Some people have had troubles with KAV (but for some odd reason, not with KIS...). Can you try uninstalling it temporarily and testing µTorrent?
