plz ensure visible rearranging torrents order

If you have a queue of several torrents, and sort by clicking on a column or use Ctrl+Alt+Up or Ctrl+Alt+Down to move one or a group of torrents the listview should scroll to keep visible the current selected listitem(s). Currently moving the items don't scroll and the selected items disappear from the screen until you scroll the listview manually.

This is a long-standing bug that fell through the cracks. Thanks for bringing it up again.
