snickerrrrs Posted June 1, 2007 Report Share Posted June 1, 2007 If I try to lower my upload speed (1.7 2248) my download speed matches my upload speed (for example 30 up, 25 to 30 down). If I set upload to zero, upload rockets to 72kbps and my download drops to 20kbps. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
