Unable to Download

Hi

I keep getting this error when i open Utorrent and has only just started. Can someone please tell me what has happened. I have XP Pro and am using Outpost as firewall.

"An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions"

thanks for that but im running XP Pro and have been using this version of Utorrent since upgade was done. I also have a firewall Outpost Pro. This prblem has only just started the last few days.
