03hcfairc Posted July 21, 2007 Report Share Posted July 21, 2007 I recently ran a speed test and found out that my connection is around 10Mb (1.25MB), but only I only achieve download speeds of 50kB/s tops. I've tried a lot of things to improve my download speed but all they seem to do is increase my upload speed. After all the things I've tried I'm now only at 15kB/s download average, and 30kB/s upload average.I was wondering if anyone could please give the optimal settings for my connection.My connection overview:10Mb/s (1.25MB/s) download360Kb/s (45kB/s) uploadThanks loads.
