Switeck Posted August 10, 2007 Report Share Posted August 10, 2007 ReverseDNS on your ip didn't reveal your ISP's name...but I'm guessing you're somewhere on the western Pacific Rim (Japan, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Australia, etc...there's many countries over there)And chances are, if that's the case, your ISP may throttle BitTorrent traffic or block it entirely.Barring that, what software firewall/s are you running on your computer?Did you go through your router's settings and look for firewall features that might (also?) be blocking µTorrent?
