Can't see the peers after 1-2sec

Hi,

I have recognised a problem with utorrent 1.6.1 and I changed it to 1.7.2, but the problem is still there.

I am active, I'm the uploader from a torrent and serverel other clients can connect to me, but after 1-2-3 secs they get disconnected.

If I am trying to connect from an other box to my seedserver, I get for 3sec seed, and after I need to push in the other client the refresh "button".

I have tried with rtorrent and other utorrent version, but other ppl cannot connect to

What can cause this problem?

On the seedbox I see in the details from the torrents that there are leechers:

0(3), but no one get connected

they can't download from my box...

Hostile ISPs?

Is µTorrent firewalled while it's trying to seed?

Did you try all possible encryption and advanced settings to try to avoid being blocked/throttled by hostile ISPs?
