uTorrent: Vista "Access Denied"

Alright, I've having serious issues with this.

I've spent my time searching through the forums, and usually everyones solution turned out to be changing the downloads directory.

With my AV(Kaspersky Internet Security) disabled.

Indexing disabled in that folder.

Permissions all set to full access.

I just can't quite put my finger on whats wrong.

May I ask under what name the Vista Desktop Search Service's name is? So I can find it in the services panel and turn it off completely.

alright, I figured it out, I just needed to delete all my active torrents and re-add them and it works fine.
