Maximum Peers reached

whenever i try to resume a download , it shows an error something like,

"Maximum peers reached, please redownload the torrent, but when i redownload the torrent, i get the same message"

Plz help, my download is stuck at 80% of 4,4Gigs

That tracker is saying it's already overloaded and won't accept new peers at this time.

Try again later, and maybe you can slip in.
