timelord29 Posted August 27, 2007 Report Share Posted August 27, 2007 im trying to download something and it won't go. there are plenty of seeds and it connects to about half of them (10 out of 21) but the download speed rarely goes above 20 kb/sec. sometimes it will spike up to 40 or 50 kb/sec but then it comes back down to about .5-5kb/sec and stays there. i am behind a router and firewall but the ports are open and utorrent has full internet access. i have no other applications running that would take up bandwidth. all it does is upload and if i restrict the upload speed, it severely slows the download speed, sometimes to the point it just stops. how can i make it download so it will finish faster?
