Same too if you pause a torrent.If you stop or pause a seeding torrent it quits uploading.If your ISP gives you a ridiculously low daily/monthly bandwidth quota, then you need to set µTorrent's settings more conservatively than your connection's max speed. Sucks to overrun your connection's max speed, have your ISP drop excess packets, then have your ISP count that excess against your quota's max!
