help about changing directory of downloads in utorrent

[seed.helper]

my old directory for torrent files and completed downloads was

C:\Documents and Settings\David Sucesso\Os meus documentos\Downloads

but now i changed it to

M:\Downloads (its another partition of the same hard drive)

i have tried to change in options to the new path but program continues to putting the downloads in the old directory !!!!!!

what should i do ?
