ladykez Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 IM Having problems with utorrent since yesterday> it has frozen upits showing no seeds and no peers on anything I am trying to download, ive installed the latest version and all my downloads are still showing up red and not downloading, and no one is uploading from me either. Does anyone have any idea what has happened?I've tried rebooting and I've tried adding some more downloads, but it still shows the new ones as having no seeds or peers and I know there is.Please help.RegardsKUPDATE - NOTICED THAT UNDER THE TRACKER IT IS SAYING ' PROXY CONNECT ERROR; NO CONNECTION COULD BE MADE BECAUSE THE TARGET MACHINE ACTIVELY REFUSED IT' WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
