Ultima Posted November 27, 2005 Report Share Posted November 27, 2005 You can create a shortcut, and change the properties of the shortcut so that it Runs Minimized. Assuming you checked the Minimize to Tray option, then this should start µTorrent in the tray everytime you use the shortcut.. If you want it to start with Windows minimized to tray, then just move the shortcut into the Startup folder in your Start menu.This has been requested several times before, and that above solution was given. Ultima Posted November 27, 2005 Report Share Posted November 27, 2005 Well that's assuming you don't show the window before exiting µTorrent (always exiting using only the tray icon). µTorrent remembers its window state and position, so if you open the GUI and exit from there, when you open µTorrent again, it's not minimized to tray.
