NaruHina03
My problem is uTorrent keeps asking me to forward a port for better peer connectivity, but every time I do (and Azureus did this too, that's why I switched, but what do you know. Same problem), I use uTorrent's port test and says the wrong IP address but the right port. The IP address it says starts with 71, but mine starts with 192. It gets the port right, but not the IP address. Little help please?
Switeck
The port tester is trying your internet ip address, not your LAN ip address. If everything is forwarded correctly and not firewalled, it SHOULD work.Does your modem have a mini-router and/or firewall in it that ALSO needs to be configured or disabled?Does your AV software also contain a software firewall?
