utorrent update problem

When i entered for check for updates, it say it cannot connect to update server.

So i try download the newest release. but when i open it, i t opened the older version for me, the 1.7.2 version.

Please tell me how to update my utorrent

Turn off PeerGuardian if you're using it.

Download 1.7.5, and when it asks to install, just hit yes?
