can anyone explain utorrent's protocol encryption? the forced n enable

hi utorrent devs ( or how should i say? )

what does utorrent, the protocol encryption forced and enabled mean?

Does Forced stand for Rc4 encrypted connections and enabled as in plain encryption ?

I've been told both forced and enabled use the SAME outgoing encryption type. The difference is if set to enabled, if the connection was made but failed to do an encrypted handshake, the connection is retries WITHOUT encryption. This is for outgoing encryption.

For incoming encryption, you cannot disable it. You can only disable/prevent non-encrypted connections.
