ajones81
Have you tried the OpenOffice torrent (http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/)?If that works fine then the problem's possibly with those particular torrents. Also, what're your actual connection speeds and what have you selected in the Speed Guide (Ctrl+G)?Finally, make sure your ISP is not hostile to BitTorrent. ajones81
I meant your actual connection speeds as reported by a speed test (try Ctrl+G in uTorrent).Aah... Tiscali. Well, a simple search for "tiscali" on this forum tells me your ISP is extremely hostile to BitTorrent and if that's the case, your SOL, sorry. :/

ajones81
No idea, sorry. I guess it's trial and error time for you. Why don't you try to replicate your Uncle's settings as far as possible, adjusting as required for variances in connection speeds etc.?
