i forwarded the ports i needed for utorrent to work.. and i added the ports to my firewall... but it still doesn't work. and ive checked and made sure a thousand times i put the right ip address in.. this also is a problem for me hosting warcraft 3 games, i forward the ports i need to and it still doesnt work.

funny thing is though, for the last week up until yesterday my torrent was working..

but now whenever i try to add a port from torrent, it doesnt appear in the port forwarding list... and when i try to add it again it says it interferes with other ports being forwarded...

so if anyone can help, it would be GREATLY appreciated.

oh and also i have a netgear WGR614v 6 wireless router.

It sounds like you already have the port being forwarded to a specific IP address already. You would need to erase your port forward on your router, then re-add it. It is possible your internal IP address on your computer changed and the router is forwarding to the old IP address.
