in china some ISP kill utorrent,i don't know why, utorrent can't auto update, and can't link to web, fuck the ISP . my IP222.39.1.162 inner mongolia china Tie Tong Ltd.(ISP), use Proxy is too troublesome for me, I don't know english but i like this software, i let me friend to help me writed this, i only want to tell you, I and my friend can't to ge it's new version easily , to use proxy is too hard to me, so what can we do next ? it seem emule can't to use in our neighbor province, in future use utorrent will break law? who can tell me some about this ,thx you

oh, my friend can help translate to chinese simply , if you need . and if emule 's ipfilter.dat be used in bitcomet, ipfilter.dat can used for utorrent? how to use . and if utorrent can add :"search"function like emule. so it can public use the emule 's source, it's probability?.......

i don't know about china law, but u can find the ipfilter.dat inside uTorrent advanced option, u click two times and set it to "True".

option - preferences - advanced option - ipfilter.enabled

Using web-proxis isn't that hard.. Use this page http://proxy.org/cgi_proxies.shtml (hopefully it isn't banned).

And then you just enter http://www.utorrent.com in the box.
