mariaklau Posted April 2, 2008 Report Share Posted April 2, 2008 I Have a D-link DIR-300 router, and I have had a lot of problems with my torrent downloads. Every time I open the utorrent after 20 min my laptop and another laptop connected to the same router get disconnected of the internet. After reseting the router I get connected again and if I open the utorrent, when I tested the port, it said that it is not open, but I don't know what to do. I followed the port forwarding steps in portforward.com and nothing works. I tried to get a static ip adress and it disconnected from the internet. I don't know what is the appropriate configuration for the ip, and how should I open the port so that I can download as much as I want!!!Anyone can help me???
