I've windows xp professional 2000 SP-2 and intel celeron M CPU 410@1.46 GHz, 248 RAM. I have used patch TCP/IP.sys but nothing improved. very slow download. also i run uttorrent speed optimizer but that does not work. how can i maximize my download speed?
