Lose wireless connection

Hey, i've been using uTorrent for quite a while now and have always been happy with it, but have come across this crazy new "feature" on my laptop:

This is probably gonna sound nuts but .. when I download a torrent it gets all the way to 99.9% then suddenly I lose my wireless network connection completely.

I click on the icon in the status bar for wireless and click "Connect to a wireless network" but it doesn't find my router, so I reboot the laptop and it connects first time with Excellent signal strength, I start uTorrent again and it downloads the remaining 0.01% without problem.

I'm using:

Windows Vista Home Basic

uTorrent 1.7.7

Any ideas?

Your uTorrent settings may just be too much for your wireless connection.

Once uTorrent goes into "endgame" mode trying to get the last little bit of the file/s by requesting the last few pieces of the file from nearly EVERY connected peer and seed...it's just too much for your connection.
