Sorry - Access denied AGAIN

Sorry bout this people. It has worked 2 or 3 times then all of a sudden, just doesn't let me have access again. I have tried completely disabling firewall and it still doesn't allow access. Got rid of Nero, got rid of Scout....

Any ideas what else it could be? I've been struggling with this for ages, I would have let it go ages ago, but I paid $55 Australian dollars (yes, I know I was scammed. Credit card company says there is nothing they can do) - so at least I want to get the f**ker to work! AAAAarrrrrrrgggh.

Any help enormously appreciated.

I guess this means that you're saving to some folders that require admin access. Which ones those are, I can't tell you.
