uTorrent crashes as soon as the tracker shows peers

hello, my utorrent crashes as soon as the number 0(0) goes to 0(264) i think thats the number of people in the swarm but whatever it sill crashes. also at the same time the yellow triangle appears at the bottom and then it freezes. it happens with any torrents. i recently reformated my computer because it had a virus and before utorrent was working fine. i am running windows vista sp1.
