webUI from computer not on local network

gday,

this has most likely been covered, but i just cant be bothered searching for hours looking for it. so i apologise

as most ppl, i want to access the webUI interface from an outside pc however i cant seem to get it to work.

im not sure what url to use. i have my IP and its static from my ISP just not sure what port to use or the structure of the url to use.
