GTHK
Have you configured port forwarding? Does your computer have a dynamic private address? What do you normally get, warning (yellow) or error (red)? If you want to open a port, what firewall are you using, what's the first half of your computers IPA according to Start > Run > CMD /k ipconfig /all and can you define your network topology? (Example using mine: WebSTAR DPC2100R2 [Cable Modem] > Linksys WRT54G [Router] > Computers and NDS's.)

GTHK
Only thing I can think of actually doing that from the outside is hole punching by BitComet. If you want to you can use portforward.com for port forwarding.
