Switeck Posted June 13, 2008 Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 You're probably on a horribly rotten ISP somewhere like Singapore. I guess a speed test to Japan, Taiwan, or Australia would be best. But from what I gather, BitTorrent traffic is probably throttled by your ISP to less than 20 KiloBYTES/second down...and probably less than 5 KiloBYTES/second up. International traffic of any kind is probably throttled by your ISP as well...BitTorrent or otherwise.You can experiment with the encryption settings, but there's a good chance they won't help.
