I Have no idea why but when i take speed tests, my speeds fluctuate alot. The one i just took revealed:

DL: 1310kb/s

UL: 124kb/s.

Global upload set to 12kb/s.

Global max connections: 124

Peers per torrent: 33

Upload slots: 4

Tick: Enable Scraping, Preallocate Disk Space, DHT for new torrents.

Advanced options:

net.low_cpu: false

net.max_halfopen: 64

bt connect speed: 43

peer.disconnect_inactive_interval: 500.

NETWORK OK, No Router and firewall.

Of course! 12 is way too much. :/ Use the settings below, or try build 390 which gives you recommendations.

Global upload set to 10kb/s.

Global max connections: 128

Peers per torrent: 16

Upload slots: 2

Leave the rest as they are.
