beeceebee Posted July 27, 2008 Report Share Posted July 27, 2008 I have been using utorrent 1.7.7 for about a month. After a shaky start I got the port to open and have had no trouble since. Now I see the yellow triangle and when I check the port shows as not open. I have changed nothing. Firewall settings (just windows) show the proper exception and the router firewall is also OK.I just finishe downloading a faairly good sized TV show without any noticable problems but with the triangel still yellow.Do I have a problem or is it lying to me. Port still says it is closed but I tried to download an active torrent and considering that my broadband speed is not the greatest it seemed to download as fast before. Maybe I am just being anal? beeceebee Posted July 28, 2008 Author Report Share Posted July 28, 2008 Thank you for everything. I had been using a single fixed port. It seems that it is now opening random ports. I only noticed after I did a system resore back to when it was working properly. It was easy to adjust from there and all is well again.Thanks again.
