Suddenly, and for no reason i can fathom, my downloads max out to 30kB/s so... if i am downloading 3 different things, they will all add up to 30!!! Switeck Posted July 28, 2008 Report Share Posted July 28, 2008 Either you've lowered your upload speed far below 30 KiloBYTES/second or your ISP may be throttling BitTorrent traffic.What is the measured speed of your connection both UP and down?What settings are you trying to use in uTorrent? (as shown by Speed Guide CTRL+G and any advanced settings you've changed)...We may be able to spot an imbalance that causes such problems. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
