verisimilitude
I'm stuck using this piece of garbage for a few months (GSM, not Wi-Fi, as the hardware for my wireless needs to be replaced), and I can't upload for anything. Naturally, I go to forward uTorrent's port, but PortForward.com doesn't have anything to say about plug and play--it's all routers and such in there. Not seeding what I leech makes me feel like a terrible person. Anyone know how I can forward ports through this thing?
GTHK
You most likely cannot. To check: Start > Run > cmd /k ipconfig /all and then look for your connection. Try using the gateway address to connect (Ex: http://192.168.1.1) and see if you find a page for configuring stuff. If it doesn't work, post the first half of you IP address. verisimilitude
If by "gateway address" you mean the default gateway, I did try that. Fox v3 gives me a "the server at [place] is taking too long" error. If there's a way to get around that, I don't know it.The first half of my IP (v4, not v6) is 166.214, but it isn't static. I could do that if it would help, though--not that those two numbers would change, anyway.
