Heckubuss
Just had a general question. What's the differnece between the seed category and the peers category? I've noticed that while some files will have 12 (24) peers but0 (0) seeds. In this instance, nothing is being downloaded. However, there have been a couple of files where the seedign is 0(0), but it's still downloading, although at a considerablly slower rate. Does that mean people are not allowing the downloads? Thanks in advance.
GTHK
Seeds have all the data for that torrent, peers only have part of the data. If there are no seeds, and availability is below 1, then you cannot finish the torrent till someone who has the right pieces reconnect. Seeds and peers naturally come and go (peoples computers turning off, people who download and don't share, etc.).
