Will this method completely remove uTorrent?

First unistall the exe file from the program removal tool

Second: Make the properties of the windows files so that the hidden app. files can be seen

Third: Delete the uTorrent file from the %AppData%\uTorrent folder. Or just delete the entire uTorrent folder from the Application folder in my documents and settings?

I finally found that folder and there are 49.4 megabytes of resume files over 1000 all named old and new with the same name, ( example resume.dat(old874) ) then

resume.dat(new874) and so on. I think I need a fresh install from scratch with all remnents of the old uTorr. gone.

Some advice please.....
