Switeck Posted September 13, 2008 Report Share Posted September 13, 2008 Yes, the range format of:1.2.0.0-1.2.255.255is valid -- and covers 65536 potential ip addresses.If you're reasonably sure the ip address you want to block won't change, just add:1.2.3.4...or:1.2.3.0-1.2.3.255to catch a range of 256 ip addresses.
