Really bad speed issues!

Can someone PLEASE help me.

I have read uncountable number of speed guides, compared them and

applied my settings accordingly but my downloads speeds SUCK BIG TIME!

The max DL Speed i have ever achieved is 35kb/s and im sure something must be wrong

as im always hearing people getting 100+kb/s

Im not going to bother saying what i have put my setting as

because they are obviously wrong.

But i did one of the speed tests floating around the internet and my results

are as follows.

3779kb/s 367kb/s

I would be super grateful if anyone could

please suggest what i should apply my settings as.

Thank you so much, that helped.

Unfortunately im still only managing speeds between 1kb/s - 60kb/s

usually around 25kb/s and under.

Is there any other setting i could change to make my DL's faster

Like in the connection, bandwidth, bittorrent, queueing and advanced tabs?

If so is there any chance anyone could inform me of what to change

thiez settings to? I do look around before i post but im baffled by it all.

Have you asked around and done GOOGLE searches to see if your ISP disrupts BitTorrent traffic in some way?

You could turn off a lot of features in uTorrent and test it.

Lots of connections at once can be hard on poor-quality networking hardware and software.
