michellefletcher8
In the last week the only national ISP in Vanuatu has completely blocked torrents. Over the past 6 months they seemed to be slowly limiting the amount of torrent traffic that would come through and now it has completely stopped. Is there a way around this? Switeck
You probably need level 4 or 5 from here:http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Avoid_traffic_shaping#Escalation_of_the_crypto_settingsAzureus encryption level 4 is equivalent to µTorrent's "Forced" for outgoing encryption with "Allow legacy incoming connections" uncheckedAzureus encryption level 5 doesn't really have an equivalent in µTorrent. uTorrent's DHT can be disabled and uTorrent can be firewalled by a router, preventing your computer from "seeing" incoming connections.
