Port redirection by HTTP

Is there any program that redirects ports by their HTTP 'Host' header?

I mean, for example, 'http://torrent.mysubdomain.somefreesubdomainprovider.com' be redirected to my uTorrent webui listening port, and 'http://web.mysubdomain.somefreesubdomainprovider.com' to my webserver (which would be listening on a port other than 80, e.g. 81)

Is there any program or alternative way, or should I start programming myself?

Redirectin' is easy. You can just make a page with some javascript or even better a http redirection.

If you want to reverseproxy then Apache might be the thing. Although you'll have to delve into the realm of aliases etc.
