sajiby3k
Every one is talking about port forwarding when the router is owned by the customer himself and he has a real IP. Then he can setup port forwarding in his router because the router is administered by himself. My problem is I connect to the internet just connecting my UTP cable in the wall socket. All the things are done by the ISP. No other equipments are in my apartment. The ISP gives a private IP (10.0.0.0/24). There is no way I can setup port forwarding in ISP router and network like ISP will never enable home users protocol like UPnP. Is there any solution in my case, so that my port is open and I get a green icon in Utorrent status bar ???
Switeck
No, there is none.uTorrent can still run if firewalled...You can connect to regular IPv4 addresses that are not firewalled.Plus Teredo-made IPv6 addresses can even bypass many firewalls, but these are few and far in between at this time.
