naibor
I just got my utorrent working right now. I'm using a router and used the guides to forward the ports. I wasn't getting any upload speeds, just downloads. It's working fine now. But when I go to test if port is forwarded correctly inside utorrent it tells me there was an error saying the port does not seem to be open. GTHK
On the peers tab, do you see any peers with an "I" flag? What does the warning/error icon at the bottom say when you put your mouse over it?

My upload has dropped again to less than a 1kb upload.
GTHK
I really don't know how to interpret that result :/As for your upload, it could just be the torrent. Do you have IPv6+Teredo installed?http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=15992
