tokm-nikita
Is there any reason an initial feed should not upload (just once in a while), although there's plenty of peers that (obviously) could and would want to receive my file? thelittlefire
You're initial seeding? With initial seed enabled, your peers must upload at LEAST as fast as you to continue getting pieces. That's how it works...you send a piece, don't send another to that peer until you get a HAVE from ANOTHER peer meaning the peer YOU SENT it to sent it to ANOTHER person. What's your upload/upload slots/active torrents?

thelittlefire
No... OK, what settings do you have in the Speed Guide (Ctrl-G) dialog? Press that in uTorrent, and type in the list of numbers i.e. "connections per torrent 40, total connections 400, upload limit 40, upload slots 4, active torrents 3"
